FLC-1400 SR Trough Conveyor

Finger Lakes Conveyors 1400 Series Trough conveyor is a rugged conveyor design for handling cullet, reject ware, and small bulk materials. Standard features include; slightly flared side rails to prevent spilling when conveying maximum capacity, steel wear strips running the full length of the conveyor bed to prevent premature wear-through and modular drive, take-up, and intermediate sections.


Specifications:

  • Frame: Constructed from Rugged 7 Ga. and 11 Ga. Formed Steel components with powder coat paint finish.

  • Wear strip: Steel belt guides

  • Leg Supports: Constructed from 7 Ga. channel Power Coated steel with adjustable 1" Threaded Foot Pads. Minimum height is 8”. Custom caster style supports available.

  • Shaft(s): Drive / Tail Shaft constructed from 1-3/16" CRS Round Shafts.

  • Drive Pulley: 6” diameter crowned and vulcanized.

  • Take-up Pulley: 6” diameter crowned.

  • Rollers: 1.9 diameter with grease packed bearings and 7/16” hex shaft. Roller spacing 24”

  • Belts: Special belts, including cleated type for incline applications are available upon request

  • Drive: Supplied Standard with Dodge Tigear 2 or equivalent Worm Gear reducer.

  • Guide: Optional sideboards, 4”, 6” and 8” formed 14ga. are available upon request

  • Motors: HP Supplied to Specifications, Standard Electrical 460/230 Volt 3Phase 60 hertz

  • Controls: Optional
