FLC-1600 Slider Bed Conveyor

Finger Lakes Conveyors 1600 Series slider bed conveyor is a custom conveyor design for handling a wide range of materials. Standard features include; stainless steel pulleys, stainless steel bearing housing, adjustable take-up belt tension and 1-1/2” tubular floor supports. Conveying surface may be smooth, textured, or cleated. Belting material choices include neoprene, urethane, PVC, Teflon, and others.


Specifications:

  • Frame: Constructed from 11 Ga. Formed Stainless Steel components.

  • Leg Supports: Constructed from 10 Ga. 1-1/2” tubular stainless steel materials with adjustable 5/8" Threaded Foot Pads. Custom caster style supports available.

  • Shaft(s): Drive / Tail Shaft constructed from 1-1/4" T304 Round Shafts.

  • Drive Pulley: 6” diameter crowned and vulcanized.

  • Take-up Pulley: 6” diameter crowned.

  • Rollers: 1.9 diameter with grease packed bearings and ½” round shaft T304. Roller spacing 24”

  • Belts: Special belts, including cleated type for incline applications are available upon request

  • Drive: Supplied Standard with Dodge Tigear 2 or equivalent Worm Gear reducer.

  • Guide: Optional sideboards, 4”, 6” and 8” formed 14ga. are available upon request.

  • Motors: HP Supplied to Specifications, Standard Electrical 460/230 Volt 3Phase 60 hertz.

  • Controls: Optional
