Our Finger Lakes Conveyor Bi-Directional Cross
Conveyor is engineered for high-speed production and to provide
you with smoothest transfer for all of your container shapes and
sizes. Our dynamic transfer design ensures that product moves
on and off of the Accumulation conveyor without incident to maintain
product flow.

Specifications:
- Frame:
Constructed from 11Ga. Formed T304 #3 Polish Stainless Steel or
Powder Coated Steel. *
Wear
strip: UHMW Covered Stainless Steel bar, Transfer chain is provided
with Heavy Duty wear strip for bottle stability.
Return:
Urethane Roller or UHMW Serpentine
Guide:
Conveyor is provided with Standard 2 1/2" Spaced 1/2 Round
Guide Rail to provide optimal bottle support.
Leg
Support: Constructed from 1 1/2 square tubing Stainless Steel or
Power Coated Steel with adjustable Valu-Guide style footpads (Lag
Holes Provided).
Shaft(s):
Drive and Tail Shaft constructed from 1 1/4" Round Ground and
Polished and provided with 2-Bolt Flanged Housed Bearings. *
Chain:
1” Pitch 1/2" Thick with Matching Dynamic Transfer to
allow for smoother in/out feed of product with no “Dead”
areas or Dead plates.
Drive:
Supplied Standard with Dodge Tigear II or equivalent Worm Gear drive
with #50 Drive Chain and Sprockets.
Motors:
HP Supplied to Specifications, Standard Electrical 460/230 Volt
3Phase 60 hertz.
*For Wash down Condition Stainless Steel shafts and Clean-out Holes
in the Frame are provided.
